Ensuring Your Amazon Shipments Are Updated

Here’s what you want your filter to look like at the end. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions on how to make your filter look like ours.
Here are step-by-step instructions:
- In ShipWorks go to MANAGE > FILTERS and click NEW FILTER.
- Name the filter AMAZON UPDATES (or similar name). Click NEXT.
- Click the ADD CONDITION button (green circle with white +)
- Click on ORDER TOTAL and select ORDER > LOCAL STATUS
- Select SHIPPED from the drop-down so that the condition reads LOCAL STATUS EQUALS SHIPPED
- Click the ADD CONDITION button (green circle with white +) again
- Click on ORDER TOTAL and select ORDER > ONLINE STATUS
- Select UNSHIPPED from the drop-down so that the condition reads LOCAL STATUS EQUALS UNSHIPPED (you can type UNSHIPPED if the option is not available in the drop-down menu)
- Click the ADD CONDITION button (green circle with white +) again
- Click on ORDER TOTAL and select STORE > STORE TYPE
- Select AMAZON from the drop-down so that the condition reads STORE TYPE EQUALS AMAZON
- Click the ADD CONDITION button (green circle with white +) again
- Click on ORDER TOTAL and select FOR ANY > SHIPMENT
- Click on the SECOND ADD CONDITION BUTTON (green circle with white +)
- Click on PROVIDER and select PROCESSED STATUS
- Change the drop-down to PROCESS so that the line reads PROCESSED STATUS EQUALS PROCESSED.
- Click NEXT and FINISH. You’re done!
