Tips & Tricks: Managing Your ShipWorks Account
Can you believe it’s the end of 2013? It’s been quite a year and we’re looking forward to an even more exciting 2014.
Since the end of the year is a great time to reflect on what went well and what can go better, we’re devoting today’s Tips & Tricks to logging in to your ShipWorks account so you can check your license details, billing history and a plethora of other things. Here’s how:
1. Log on to your account at ShipWorks.com. The “My Account” link is located on the upper left-hand side of the screen.
2. Enter the email address and password you have on file for your ShipWorks account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the link to begin resetting your password.Please note: Only ShipWorks users who have a license key (either an active or disabled license) will be able to log in to this screen. Trial users will not be able to access this functionality.
3. You will be taken to your main screen (below). From here, you will be shown a license associated with each store you use in ShipWorks. From this screen, you can add a new store (register for a new license), view your shipment and billing history, and change credit card information.
